Health & wellness coaches support clients in activating internal strengths and external resources to make sustainable and healthy lifestyle behavior changes. Health coaches use a client-centered approach wherein clients decide their goals, engage in self-discovery or active learning processes, and self-monitor behaviors to increase accountability, all within the context of an interpersonal relationship with a health coach.

Yes, I am a trained health and wellness coach. I am board certified through the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching. I trained with YogaMedCo and received an Integrative Health and Wellness Certificate.

Our sessions are 100% confidential, and we use a HIPPA-compliant platform.

Yes. Coaching can be paid for with Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Accounts if you have a letter from your healthcare provider explaining the medical necessity.
